Bavarian Hefe-Weizen - extract only kit
Is the lady not digging your palate-wrecking imperial IPAs? Try this for a smooth drinking crowd pleaser. A classic German Wheat beer whose unique flavors of banana, cloves, bubblegum or apple come from the yeast phenols, not from the wheat. There is little hop bitterness -- this is a malt and yeast focused beer. The unfiltered yeast, "Hefe", along with the wheat, "Weizen" or "Weiss", create this beers famous cloudy appearance.
