사용전 주의 사항

스테인리스 냄비는 가공 과정중, 광택을 내기위해 연마제를 사용합니다.

맥주에 연마제 가공유가 들어가지 않게, 처음 스테인레스 제품 사용시 베이킹 소다 또는 식초를 물에 희석해서, 냄비에 가득 담아 끓인후 헹구어 사용합니다. 이 과정을 2번정도 반복합니다.

Precautions before use

Stainless steel pots are subjected to a polishing process that involves the usage of a special abrasive oils.

To prevent these processing oil from entering into the beer, please wash it and boil it 2 times.

 ★  이 제품은 완전 곡물 작업시 사용됩니다. 바주카 스크린은 매쉬 시작 전에 냄비 아래쪽에 쉽게 끼울수 있습니다.

물론 바주카 스크린으로 충분히 매쉬 작업을 하는데 문제가 없지만, 저희는 곡물망 (대) 를 같이 사용할것을 권장합니다.

매쉬와 스파징 작업이 완료후, 곡물망을 이용해 냄비에서 쉽게 곡물 찌꺼기를 제거할수있습니다.

The Bazooka screen is used in All grain beer making process to facilitate the process of collecting the wort. The filter is screwed in at the bottom of our Kettle (no accessories needed) at the beginning of the mash. Even if the filter itself is enough to perform the mashing process, we always suggest to use a Grain bag in addition, on top of it,so it helps filtering the wort through and at the same time, once the sparging is finished, all the grain can be removed from the kettle just by pulling the grain bag out and use the mashing vessel as boiling kettle right away.

장점 (PROS):

1. 바주카 스크린은 냄비 바닥에 닿지 않아, 가스렌지 사용지 냄비 바닥이 타는것을 방지합니다.

    The Bazooka filter does not touch the bottom, so it prevents the wort from burning in case you use a gas stove.

2. 쉽게 설치하고, 제거할수있습니다.

    Is easy to install and easy to remove.

3. 저장공간을 크게 필요하지 않습니다.

    Does not require a big space for storage.

4. 세척시 온도계는 분리할수있습니다.

   Thermometer also easily removable.

단점 (CONS):

1. 냄비의 중간에 있는 맥아만을 여과하므로, 모든 맥즙이 곡물을 통해 여과되기까지 시간이 걸릴수있습니다.

    Filters only the wort in the middle of the kettle, so it could take a while before all the wort is filtered through the grains.

2. 냄비 중앙까지 나와있어, 매싱과정에서 스푼으로 저어줄때 약간 불편할수있습니다.

    Stands up from the base of the kettle, so it could be little bothering when we stir with the big spoon during the mashing process.

3. 사용후 뜨거운 물 (샤워기등을 이용해) 로 청소해줘야합니다. 곡물 조각이 필터 내부에 달라 붙어있을수있습니다.

    After usage it has to be cleaned properly with hot water because some pieces of grain could get stuck inside the cylinder.
