Maltodextrin are used in pre-hopped kits often, as components of beer enhancers.
Usually adding:
- 250grams of Maltodextrin
- 250 Grams of Dr malt Extract
- 500 Grams of dextrose
Will create a BEER ENHANCER that can help your pre-hopped kit to produce a more deep flavour, thicker, higher alcohol beer.
Naltodextrin are used 10 to 15 minutes before the end of the boil.
Maltodextrine singularly, can be added to beers to improve the texture, In similar ways that Lactose is added to beers. Add up to 250 grams per 5 gallons batch.
